How do I publish a Dashboard?
- From Menu
- Choose Setting Icon
- Select document icon next to desired dashboard/drop down
- Complete dashboard settings
- Select if you want Versioning or Allow Filter Change
- Add desired profile to share the Dashboard with
- Either ‘Save Template’, which will only be visible to your account. Or, ‘Save and Publish Template’ in order to share to every user associated with the chosen profile(s).
- Select document icon next to desired dashboard/drop down
It will not let me Publish my dashboard to all selected profiles.
- Ensure all widgets displaying in the dashboard are available to each profile that is being selected.
- From the ‘Administrator’ > ‘User Administration’ > ‘Profile Admin’ Menu, confirm that all associated widgets are assigned to each profile you are trying to share the dashboard with:
I am no longer able to re-publish or edit my dashboard.
Ensure you have not been removed as the user by confirming the ‘Current Owner’ from the
‘Administrator’ > ‘Widget Administration’ > ‘Dashboard Publisher Reassignment’ Menu
- Why do I not have a Published Dashboard?
- Ensure the owner of the Published Dashboard added the profile you are a part of to the Dashboard Publisher Configuration menu.
- Try signing out of your current Rebus Session and logging back in.
- Clear your browser cache. Google Chrome being the preferred browser.
