REBUS browsing compatibility

Have anyone experienced that REBUS works better with GOOGLE CHROME.
Below version somehow gives blank page when we try to get to https://longbow.rebusap.com/login

Microsoft EdgeHTML 16.16299

Due to some corporate policy, We are stuck with this version and users are forced to use Chrome; however, we have Display monitors in our sites that are also affected since Chrome is not installed and above Mircosoft Edge version is just giving blank page when try to login to REBUS.

When Upgrade to this version. REBUS works on Edge.

Hi Ketan - How long has this been a issue? Was Rebus working with Edge working previously and now its not?

I do not know the exact date. But it is just around when REBUS content upgrade was pushed and Pactiv Windows update policy was refreshed.
Prior to April, REBUS used to work with Microsoft Edge.

We only use Chrome to access Rebus. It was my understanding this was the preferred browser.

That’s correct. Chrome is preferred. You can also use Firefox as another option.

Hi All,

Our product team has deployed a fix to address the issues with logging into Rebus using older versions of Edge.

Chrome, Edge and Firefox should all work with Rebus.

@kmodi please let us know if your users have any issues logging in going forward!

Thank you for the quick fix. We have validated that REBUS is accessible using Microsoft Edge 17 version.
