Looking for a way to highlight two categories red or have a 4th color, is this possible?

I have aging categories that I would like highlighted 0-14 (green), 14-18 (yellow), 18-24 (red), >24 (red)
I don’t see a way to accomplish having two highlighted red or have a 4th color, anyone have any ideas?
