Labor

The REBUS labor that extracts data from JDA BASE_ASSIGNMENTS should bring in status, start, and stop time fields.
In warehouse LTO often forgets to clock out (ISTOP), having start time and stop time allows us to create the logical calculations to provide better accuracy on labor performance, activities, direct and indirect hours. often activities are not completed or remain with status ‘A’ which can be active or aborted but should not be credited when calculating labor performance or measured times. Having a Status column in REBUS labor data collection can be very beneficial to filter out bad noise.

Ketan,
Thanks for your feedback. This data collection only pulls records from Base_Assignements that are marked as C for Completed, no other status are brought into Rebus. So records that are A for active or aborted would not appear in Rebus.
Thanks.

Thanks Michelle.
This helped us to understand why completion date is best way to run JDA labor instead of report date which bring data ambiguity.
