Content Publishing unable to push latest dashboard or version to some users

Hi,
I am having few users complaining that they are unable to see the new version while publishing the dashboard via content.
These users belong to the same profile as others who are able to see the latest published dashboard via content publisher.
The only thing we have discovered so far is that the users who reported have the user/password saved in Chrome browser.
