What am I missing during profile set up ‘Maintenance Screen Management’ that can enable user to take a widget from a dashboard that was shared via content and add to favorite widgets.
The option to ‘Add favorite’ appears to be missing when you releases dashboards via content.

The team is evaluating this now!@kmodi I’ve looked into this a bit further. You are correct, when using dashboard publisher, if you chose to enforce versioning the end user no longer has the ability to add the widget to their favorites. I will log your idea as a product improvement.
In the meantime, the user could always add any particular widget shared with them through dashboard publisher to a dashboard of their own and add the widget as a favorite.
